1. Agreement to Terms

By using our website at tidydistrict.net and requesting or receiving cleaning services from Tidy District LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2. Services

Tidy District provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Tampa Bay, Florida area. Quotes and estimates provided online or over the phone are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after an on-site assessment, if the condition or size of the space differs from what was described, or if additional services are requested.

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, no-shows, or situations where our team cannot access the property may be subject to a cancellation or lockout fee. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability.

4. Access & Preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Please secure valuables, sensitive documents, jewelry, firearms, fragile items, and pets before our arrival. We are not responsible for damage or loss of items that were not properly secured or disclosed to us.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. For recurring or commercial clients, invoicing terms may be arranged separately.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please report the issue within 24 hours of service completion and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to areas that were included in the original scope of work.

7. Liability

Tidy District is licensed and insured. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not disclosed before service. Any damage or loss claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

8. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with its operation, or use it to transmit harmful or unauthorized content. All website content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Tidy District and may not be copied without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or refuse service if you violate these terms, abuse our staff, or fail to meet payment obligations. Termination of website access does not affect any cleaning service agreements already in place.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
